- NSN 4330-01-192-7664, Screen, Bypass Filter. I/A/W "Detailed Drawing (One Item)". DWG NR 16236 CS-4330-SV-0718. Estimated yearly quantity is 1546; unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for multiple end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4330. See notes 1, 9, and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 26 June 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for a 1G drawing item. This AMSC code full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period four times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside using full and open competition after exclusion of sources.
