Description: The solicitation for this project will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about June 25, 2007 with bids due on July 25, 2007. The work for this project will be performed on the Wallowa Whitman National Forest, Whitman Ranger District. Treatment units are located on the Unity unit in the North Fork Burnt River drainage, and on the Pine unit in the Dry Creek and East Pine Creek drainages. Most units are mixed conifer stands consisting of a high component of ponderosa pine.
