Description
IQC07109009005. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN to establish a follow-on IQC. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1670-00-360-0491, Sling, IAW US Army drawing 50D7703, Rev AE. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This item is a Critical Application Item. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item as of April 23, 2007. Configuration Control Applies. First Article ? Government applies. Surge is not required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. The technical data package for this procurement is only available in CAPRS at https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd/ and will not be available until the anticipated solicitation posting date of May 8, 2007. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. Required delivery is 100 days after First Article and Textile Test approval. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is May 8, 2007. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about May 23, 2007. .
