- **The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for all proposals to 1640 PST on 29 June 2007. Site visit minutes will be sent to all Contractors who have been involved in this project, but please contact Lt Sean Blair at 702-652-9577 or Capt Kevin Weiss at 702-652-8385 if you fail to recieve these minutes.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement, F3G1MA7128A100, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 423210. This RFQ is being submitted as full and open competition with a 100% small business set-aside . This is a solicitation for commercial items. ***************The basic requirement is to provide the following: Workstations- 50 Stand alone desks- 14 Conference room chairs- 24 Desk chairs- 130 Large conference table-1 Round tables-3 Small conference room table-1 Couch-6 Coffee table-1 Recliners-6 File cabinets-5 Printer stands- 10**************A site visit will be held in order to allow for designs/answer contractor questions on 8 June 2007 at 0930. Contractors are instructed to meet at the Nellis AFB Visitor's Center with valid driver's license, current registration, and proof of insurance** **These items will be a combination of furniture types including, but not limited to, modular, wood, and executive** Quotes should be in the following format: price for each line item independently and total price for all line items combined. Please submit any designs with quote. Award Basis: Best Value. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: price, delivery,and technical capability.
