- The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the Department of Homeland Security that is expiring in Downtown Los Angeles. The Government requires 30,823 rentable square feet of office and related space yielding a minimum of 26,185 ANSI/BOMA office area. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. Cost of move, tenant improvements, and other costs will be considered by the Government. Any proposed space must be within the following delineated area: North Boundary: West 4th St South Boundary: West 8th St East Boundary: South Hill St. West Boundary: South Grand Ave. Interested parties should contact the GSA Realty Specialist by January 29, 2010. Owners and exclusive agents only. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Late submissions will not be considered.
