- RECOVERY - Upgrade Existing Flash Flood Hazard Protection SystemZ - 238210 THIS IF FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This solicitation is to provide and install additional automated system consisting of flash flood hazard monitoring and warning equipment at the Cottonwood Cove section of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The new equipment must be compatible with the current system. All hydrologic data and siren activation/deactivation equipment must be compatible with the existing equipment at the dispatch center, located in Boulder City, NV. This acquisition will be set aside for small business concerns. NAICS is 238210 and the size standard is $14 million. This will be a negotiated firm fixed price acquisition. Proposals will be evaluated on price and price related factors. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation document, Contractor's shall be registered in the CCR and have a valid DUNS number.
