- IQC09322009046. End Item Application: 'AIRCRAFT, GALAXY C-5 Purchase Request number IQC0932200904, NSN 2835-00-121-9606, Seal, Bearing Shaft Solicitation SPM4A6-R-8042637. Annual Estimated Quantity: 156 each, Max Year AEQ: 312 each. This is a 1B Source Control item. The approved sources are: Eaton Corporation (Cage Code: 77842 P/N C41081), Rexnord Industries, LLC (Cage: 91587 P/N 1-2133-9) and Honeywell International INC (Cage: 99193 P/N 698458-1). The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
