- Description
- The Contracts Department of Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego (FISCSD) is looking for sources that would have the capability to conduct/present educational courses at naval locations worldwide. Course curriculum has already been developed by the Naval Center for Personal Development Detachment, Drug and Alcohol Program management Activity (CENPERSDEVDET, DAPMA). Prospective offerors will be required to attend training on the course material prior to going forward and teaching courses. In addition to presenting the courses, prospective offerors will be required to maintain administrative records of the courses taught. In addition offerors will be required to provide reports on the courses taught. Offerors must have the capability/resources to conduct multiple courses at multiple sites within the United States and in Japan. All costs associated with traveling and teaching at sites will be borne by the offeror to be reimbursed after courses have been conducted. Prospective offerors will be required to prove that they have adequate resources to perform accordingly. The Government reserves the right to investigate and ensure that offerors do have the required resources. Based on the response to this sources sought inquiry, the Government will determine the applicable way to procure these services. Any prospective offeror responding to this sources sought notice must be registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) site.
