- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Directorate of Contracting - Fort Carson, Colorado is conducting market research for the following options: conference facilities and supporting services. The requirement is for the Contractor to provide (CLIN 0001) lodging, (CLIN 0002) adult meals, (CLIN 0003) children meals, (CLIN 0004) adult break refreshments, (CLIN 0005) Children snacks, (CLIN 0006) audio visual support, (CLIN 0007) conference space, (CLIN 0008) breakaway meeting space, and (CLIN 0009) licensed childcare. Contractors sought shall be located no less than 10 - no greater than 70 miles; no less than 71 - no greater than 150 miles; and no less than 151 - no greater than 280 miles from greater Fort Carson. A period of performance of a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods is anticipated.
