- RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: MR-Bosnick, JV, Contract Number W912DW-06-D-1009. Program Name: Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for Repair and Maintenance of Roofs, Fort Lewis, McChord and Yakima Training Center, Washington. RECOVERY--PROJECT NUMBER 38689, Repair Roads and Clean Roofs/Gutters This is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using competitive procedures. This project is for work on the Fort Lewis Army Installation and will provide for the periodic maintenance to roof membranes, roof drains, scuppers, gutters, and downspouts. In addition, it will provide for spot repairs as well as gutter and downspout installation. Magnitude of Construction is $250K - $500K and the completion period is estimated at 180 calendar days.
