AMC Code: 00 Delivery: 1.00 LO Duration of Contract Period: 30 June 2010 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Anticipated solicitation issue date: 8 Feb 10. Anticipated award date: 11 March 2010. No telephone solicitation requests will be accepted. This purchase is directed as sole source to Pratt & Whitney by International Agreement Competitive Restrictions. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(4) As implemented by FAR 6.302-4. NOTE: An ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offorers or potential offorers during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
