- Firewatch Support. Provide management, administration, and production services, materials, tools, equipment, and required support to provide fire watch services in support of maintenance and overhaul work being performed onboard U.S. Navy Vessels in Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. Some of the work may be accomplished at locations outside Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Time and Material contract. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. Award will be based on best value utilizing past performance/technical/prices as evaluation factors. This procurement will be a competitive 8(a) set-aside. This is a follow-on procurement.
