- Sole Source Letter This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442700121092. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38, effective 11 January 2010, DCN 20100120, and AFAC 2009-1030. This acquistion will be solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3841. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Coloplast Corporation for a Tutoplast Facia Lata CLIN 0001: Tutoplast 7x12 Facia Lata, Manufactor# 93-7712, 5 each Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
