- Description
- Brand Name Justification and Approval Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), Langley AFB, VA intends to issue a brand name solicitation for Comm Vault Galaxy Software 24/7/365 Premier Maintenance Support for existing Comm Vault software utilized by 15 ACC bases and associate tenant units. This support is a Premier Level Maintenance Support which includes 24/7/7 coverage plus support to resolve issues. The Galaxy software now owned by ACC requires annual maintenance renewal to ensure the continued functionality of the software and data being backed up by the software. These services are to support the ACC Network Enterprise, which includes all 15 ACC bases and associated tenant units. The period of performance will cover a 12 month base period from 13 Feb 10 thru 12 Feb 11 and a one (1) year option period from 13 Feb 11 thr 12 Feb 12. Interested parties should review the attached draft brand name justification and approval (J&A) and provide any comments to the draft J&A in writing, along with addressing their capability to provide the CommVault Brand name software maintenance support along with their socio eonomic size status to the following POCs for this procurement: Jacqueline Edgerton email: jacqueline.edgerton@langley.af.mil and Ms. M.
