- The FCC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Teological 6756 Old McLean Village Dr McLean, VA 22101 for the purchase of data sets. FCC proposes to purchase access to the following two data fields for the companies described further below: • "Domestic LD: The rate per minute for domestic LD if this is not included in the monthly rate"; and • "# of included features: The number of features included with the offer" And the FCC proposes to purchase access to the two data fields described above for the "non-rural" incumbent local exchange carriers listed below: • AT&T: AL, AR, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI • Verizon: CA, DC, DE, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OP, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV • Qwest: AZ, CO, IA, ID, MN, MT, NE, ND, NM, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY • Cincinnati Bell: KY, OH • CenturyTel: AL, MO • Fairpoint: VT • Frontier: NY • Hawaiian Telcom: HI • North State Communications: NC • SureWest Communications: CA • Windstream: OH, NE And the FCC proposes to purchase access to the two data fields described above for the cable companies listed below: • Charter: AL, CA, CT, GA, IL, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NV, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI • Comcast: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NH, NJ, NM, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV • Cox Communications: AZ, CA, FL, IA, LA, NE, NV, OH, OK, VA • Time Warner Cable: AZ, CA, HI, KS, KY, ME, MO, NC, NE, NH, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, WI Secondly, the FCC proposes to purchase access to information regarding Voice Plans in as well as access to the two data fields described above for the following companies: • ACS Anchorage: AK • American Movil (Puerto Rico Telephone): PR • CenturyLink: NV • Fairpoint: ME, NH • Windstream: KY Finally, the FCC proposes to purchase access to Wireless voice access pricing information for the following wireless companies:] • [American Movil: PR] • [Newcomm Wireless Services Inc.] • [Sprint Nextel] • [ATT/Cingular/Dobson/American Cellular/Centennial] • [Deutsche/T-Mobile/SunCom/Iowa Wireless]] This requirement is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). The contractor shall provide research data as specified above. This serves as notification of the Federal Communications Commission solicitation to procure research materials to support the development of the Broadband Plan. If your company can provide the same data as specified above, please provide information that documents your ability to provide the required data by January 27, 2010 3pm EST. This information should be emailed to bridget.gauer@fcc.gov. This contract action will be funded with funds form the Recovery Act and the contractor and their first-tier subcontractors will be subject to the requirements of that statute.
