- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease Class A Office Space consisting of approximately 1,414 rentable square feet of contiguous space in Nacogdoches, Texas. The space should yield between 1,386 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of two (2) surface parking spaces must be available within 1 block of the space offered for use by employees. Satisfactory public transportation must be available within 3 blocks of the space offered. The building must be located within the following delineated area: City of Nacogdoches, Texas. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
