- Description
- The General Services Administration is requesting that a 28' x 70' double wide modular trailer be constructed for the purpose of renting for a period of 24 months commencing on or about April 26, 2010. The trailer shall be completely wired for 200 amps electrical service, with heating and air conditioning, one uni-sex bathroom and a total of 23 lan and 16 telephone drops. An ADA compliant aluminum ramp with stairs shall be supplied with the trailer. One section shall house: * One uni-sex bathroom. * Break room/Kitchen area including refrigerator, microwave, cabinets w/sink. * 5 offices approximately 11' x 11', each office shall have 2 lan drops, 1 phone drop and a minimum of 4 receptacles @ NEC standards. Second section shall house: * Reception area * Receptacles * 2 doors for entry/exit This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be available on FedBizOpps on or about February 5, 2010.
