- Description
- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for allsupervision, labor, equipment and any other resource necessary to complete ground maintenance services at the Loveland Area Office located in Larimer County, Colorado. This acquisition will be handled as a commercial service acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside for the North American Industry Standard (NAICS) 561730 with the business size standard at $7 million. The total duration of this contract will be one year; however, four one-year options may be exercised by the discretion of the Government. All offerors must complete all portions of each section of the solicitation package and must be registered in the databases as indicated on the cover letter to be considered for award. This solicitation will be issued electronically on or about January 22, 2010 on the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/ Note: responses to this RFQ may be submitted electronically online via FedBizOpps or mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986. Information hours are between 7AM and 3PM MT Monday through Friday. Site visit is highly recommended and is scheduled on the 3rd of February at 11AM MST. Please contact this office at 970 461-7208 prior to attendance for admittance to this facility.
