- Mitchell Brothers, Inc. of 851 Sea Island Parkway, St. Helena Island, SC 29920 contract number N69450-09-C-2571 RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the following: Incorporate Drawing Clarification No. 1, dated 4 Nov 2009, and Drawing Clarification No. 2, dated 11 Dec 2009, into the contract. Remove platforms and counters in rooms 19 and 20 in lieu of installing new downspouts. Correct the color designation to provide white Kynar finish to meet BEAP requirements for the windows and store front systems instead of the bronze color which was specified. Modification is necessary to provide the following that was not addressed in the design: Install filter boxes and splitters on reconfigured duct work to achieve proper connection without using the mechanical rooms as a plenum; Remove stage platforms and retain existing downspouts; Upgrade exterior doors 19C and 27C.1 to be AT/FP compliant; Seal above ceiling firewall penetrations; Provide white Kynar finish on new windows and storefront systems to meet BEAP requirements.
