- Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The objectives of providing this service for employees are to increase employee productivity and morale, which in turn, should reduce absenteeism, stress-related disability retirements, discipline problems, grievances, and worker's complensation claims.
