- Project Title: Test Administrator This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as suplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) # F4D3B39363A901. Submit written offer - quote template provided upon request. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) ( www.ccr.gov ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 and DFARS Change Notice 20090729.
