- Recovery - NASA LaRC issued Task Order 1-073 CY4 to Science Systems andApplications, Inc. against the IDIQ contract entitled "Science, Technology, and ResearchServices, contract number NNL07AA00C, for Lidar Opto-Mechanical Design and FabricationSupport. The task supports NASA LaRC's unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) airborne GlobalOzone Lidar Demonstrator (GOLD) remote sensing program. Specific, task support includes: the design and development of hardware; including mechanical systems, opto-mechanicalsystems, thermal systems, and pressure/packing systems. This task was placed on a costplus award fee basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of the basic contract. The effort will be funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funds.
