Description
The Providence VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to service our Pelco Endura Camera System. The requirement includes full service inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair for the Providence VA Medical Center Security Camera System located at; 830 Chalkstone Avenue and 20 Regent Avenue Providence, RI 02908-4799. The Providence VA Medical Center utilizes the Pelco Endura state-of-the-art networked-based camera system interior and exterior to the facilities on the campus. The service contract provider must provide all the necessary components, equipment, tools and qualified labor required to perform inspection, installation, modification, repair, service, testing, and (2) 4 hour training sessions for new and existing staff on this complex networked-based security camera system. This service contract is to include but not limited to all buildings: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 26, 27, 32, 35, Incinerator, and Trailers T-9, T-18, T-32, T-33, T-34, T-35, T36, and T-37 having IP cameras on the Pelco Endura networked-based platform. This service contract is to include all system components such as: AC adapters, AC power supplies, batteries, brackets, cabinets, cabling (fiber and copper), clinical cameras, exterior cameras, fixed camera, ptz cameras, conduit, control consoles, encapsulated connections, digital video recorders, keyboards, keyboard controllers, network video recorders, monitor cables, monitors, switches, video expansion boxes, workstations, uninterruptable power supplies, splices, and wiring connections, whether above or below ground, interior or exterior to buildings on the entire Providence VA Medical Center facility property. The VA is soliciting a firm fixed price contract with a base of 3/1/2010 - 2/28/2011 and three option years. The NAICS code for this is 561621 and the size standard is $12.5 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are past performance and price. The solicitation package will be available on or about January 27, 2010.
