- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the UH-60 Inlet Assembly, Engine. INPUT NSN / PN: 1560-01-100-8236 / 70302-10100-043 1560-01-114-9520 / 70302-10100-048 1560-01-127-7387 / 70302-10100-051 OUTPUT NSN / P/N: 1560-01-127-7387 / 70302-10100-051 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 20 each and a maximum quantity of 280 each. This includes FMS quantity of 56 each. This IS NOT a Critical Safety Item. This item is not a commercial item. Technical data and organic support is not available for this item. A DMWR does not exist for this item. The only known source of overhaul data for the UH-60 Inlet Assembly, Engine is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage 78286). All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by this agency. The required production schedule to meet current and forecasted requirements is 25 per month for the UH-60 Inlet Assembly, Engine; NSN 1560-01-127-7387. Input will be 30 days after date of award (DOA). Product Verification Audit (PVA) will be completed 90 days after receipt of assets. Deliveries will begin 30 days after completion of PVA. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL OR FAX at 256-955-9237. You may MAIL your request to CCAM-AL-M, Attn: Isaac McKenzie, Contract Specialist, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, AMCOM Contracting Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
