Description

RFQ HC1028-10-T-2045 Haley Software Justification and Approval for Brand Name Other than full and open. DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a contract restricted to "Specific Make and Model". This acquisition is to purchase Haley Business Rule Engine (BRE) Software Licenses with software maintenance for the Air Mobility Command (AMC) ) Global Command & Control System - Air Force (GCCS-AF) Deliberate Crisis Action Planning & Execution Segments (DCAPES) training/test suites at Scott AFB, IL. These software licenses and maintenance are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is for one year. Companies who are authorized by the manufacture as a reseller of Oracle - Haley, and can provide the above listed software and maintenance must complete a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 27 Jan 10 via the following address: betty.burris@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement.*****
