- Notice of Intent: The VAHMCS at Loch Raven, 3901 Alameda St. Baltimore, MD 21218,VISN 5, IAW Public Law 109-461 selection criteria and FAR 5.207, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for Valet parking Services for the Baltimore Police Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Baltimore, MD 21201. NAICS Code 812930 applies and the Size Standard is 7 million. The Period of Performance will be for 1 Base YR and 4 Option Yrs estimated from the date of contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice (VA-245-10-RP-0061) must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
