THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): NONE (open to all small businesses) CHANGES WITH AMENDMENT #0001: A NEW SUBCLIN, #0001AL, HAS BEEN ADDED. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, Stockton Missouri Lake Project Office, intends to issue a contract to construct a new water supply well at Ruark Bluff West area, in accordance with specifications, which are attached for bidders to download. Any contract resulting will be firm-fixed price, with NAICS code 237110, size standard $33.5 million, and being 100% set aside for small business. Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and must also complete the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA).
