- Description
- The Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Va 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall provide (1) 50KVA/40KW Liebert Three Phase interruptible power supply, model 37SA050C0C6BA13, (1) Liebert Battery Power Pack rated for 18 minutes at a 40KW load, model 37BP050XMX1BNL, and (1) Liebert Maintenance Bypass cabinet, model 37MB0500CC61N. The contractor shall provide these items to NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, 9742 Maryland Avenue, Bldg X-275, Norfolk, VA 23511. A RFQ package will be available on or about 28 January 2010 by downloading the documents at the website as follows:https://www.neco.navy.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210. Contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
