- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is: OPM4910-Q-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 dated December 10, 2009. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990, and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. This procurement is restricted to authorized distributors of the Garaventa Xpress II wheelchair lift to submit quotations. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is soliciting a contractor to successfully provide and install two (2) Garaventa Xpress II wheelchair lifts at the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Theodore Roosevelt Building (TRB) located at 1900 E. Street NW, Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide all labor, incidental materials, and other services necessary to render services under the resulting contract, see Statement of Objectives detailed below. The period of performance shall be from the date of award to May 1, 2010.
