- RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THERFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: W91278-08-D-0020 Nation View, LLC. The Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a MOD against task a task order against Contract No. W91278-08-D-0020, Nation View, LLC, said contract being dated 15 April 2008, which has already been competed and awarded as an IDIQ (BEST) CONTRACT FOR BASE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SUSTAINMENT, RESTORATION AND MODERNIZATION SUPPORT (SRM) TO SUCTOMERS OF THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (MULTI-STATE). TASK ORDER #06 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This modification Contract shall remove asbestos cement cable trays, dispose of the property, and replace them with non-asbestos cable trays. Contractor shall remove asbestos containing expansion joints from HVAC units in two mechanical rooms. Contractor shall insulate ductwork in the mechanical room on C floor (no asbestos removal involved). Finally, Contractor shall remove the asbestos insulation from the piping in the crawlspace of the restrooms on the 2nd and B floor and reinsulated. Task 4 Remove asbestos cement cable trays from B floor and C floor and C floor in accordance with the asbestos abatement specification 02 82 14.00 10.
