- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9127N09D0004 he U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) has issued Task Order 12 under Contract W9127N09D0004 for the performance of levee safety periodic inspections on the levee systems. The periodic inspections include the verification of proper operation and maintenance, evaluation of operational adequacy and structural stability, review of design criteria to identify changes in current design standards, identification of features to monitor over time and improvement of the ability to communicate overall conditions. The contractor must have attended the Periodic Inspection Standardization Levee Workshop. The contractor will prepare a Project Plan to include weekly updates, System Documentation Collection, Design Criteria Review which includes Hydraulic, Geotechnical, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical functions, Pre-Inspection Packet, Field Inspection, Draft Periodic Inspection Report, Independent Technical Review, Quality Control Plan, Periodic Inspection Out-Brief for the USACE - Portland Levee Safety Officer, Closeout Periodic Inspection and Final Periodic Inspection report.
