- CDRL's A003 and A004 CDRL's A001 and A002 PWS THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a Request for Information (RFI) to get comments from 8(a) certified firms (only) regarding a possible contract award for Seismic Station Maintenance Support (SSMS) services concerned with the operation and maintenance of seismic stations in various locations worldwide for the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), Patrick AFB Florida. Please review the information included in the uploaded Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attachment(s) and provide written comments (via fax or e-mail) by 11 February 2010 to Mr. Luis F Chaves, AF ISR Agency/A7KCA, Patrick AFB, Florida. Fax: (321)494-5403, E-mail: luis.chaves@patrick.af.mil. AF ISR Agency/A7KCA anticipates posting the solicitation O/A 7 May 2010. The contract type is anticipated to be a single award firm fixed-price (FFP) contract with a cost-reimbursable CLIN. The NAICS code is 541330 and the size standard is $27 million. Proposals will be accepted from all registered 8(a) responsible and responsive parties. Estimated award date will be O/A 30 Sep 2010. Upon approval, the contract is anticipated to include an 11-month basic period with four, one-year option periods (1 Oct 2010 through 30 Sep 2015). Contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) to be awarded DoD contracts.
