- Purchase Request number IQC09290009022, NSN 5342-01-222-6037, SHACKLE. This item is used on the FIREFINDER (AN/TPQ-36) RADAR SET. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0436; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 627 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 627 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 2,508 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 2,508 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 5,016 each for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with basic drawing 12301040, Rev B, dtd October 09,1990, Type Number 12301040. Contractor First Article Testing applies for 1 sample. FOB Destination., Inspection and Acceptance @ Source. Delivery including the FAT requirement for the 1st delivery order is 279 and after approval of FAT and 129 days ARO for the base and option years for the subsequent orders. This procurement has does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is February 08, 2010 & closing date of March 10, 2010. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
