- Description
- RECOVERY - This project is to remove and replace two existing corrugated steel pipes with a concrete bridge at Rawhide Creek on Road No. 250 in the Clearwater National Forest. The structure is located in the North Fork Ranger District in Section 15, T. 41 N., R. 11 E., Clearwater County, Idaho. This project includes removing and disposing two existing culverts, structural excavation, roadway embankment, backfilling, compacting, furnishing and setting precast concrete bridge, riprap, and hauling and placing aggregate base and asphalt surfacing. The precise details of performing the work are not stipulated except as considered essential for the successful completion of the work. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Offers are due at 3:00 P.M. MST, March 108, 2010. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately February 05 2010 and may be downloaded from this site at that time. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http:www.ccr.gov and shall complete the On-Line Registration and Certifications Application (ORCA) http://orca.bpn.gov.. All responsible sources may submit a response to this announcement which will be considered by this agency. NOTE: THE DUE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THE OFFICIAL DATE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS WILL BE INDICATED IN THE INVITATION FOR BIDS AND MAY BE DIFFERENT FROM THE ABOVE DATE.
