- Description
- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6695-01-300-8128, Transducer, Motional Pickup in accordance with Esterline Mason Electric Company CAGE 81579 P/N 805-5102. The estimated annual quantity is 156 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 39 EA which is applicable only to the base year. FOB Destination Inspection Acceptance Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is used in support of the F-16 Aircraft. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is February 8, 2010. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
