- The contractor shall upgrade and refurbish 140 Tremeteric HT-Wizard Ultras for HQ USMEPCOM, North Chicago, IL. The upgrade and refurbishment shall include: 10.4 inch active matrix LCD color display, earphone cushions for Telephonics TDH-39 headsets and RS232C cords. The procurement will be executed in the same manner as it is for commercial users. This procurement shall be solicited as unrestricted. The Federal supply code is J065 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5047, and North American Industry Classification System Code is 811219 with a size standard of $7.0 million. This will be firm-fixed priced contract. The contract period will be 147 days from receipt of award. The government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about the 27 Jan 2010. This is an estimated date. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted to the following web site: http//doc.knox.army.mil. All questions related to this notice must be submitted in writing and sent via fax to (502) 624-5869 or to the following email address: daniel.hereford@us.army.mil.
