- IQC09309009070, Cable Assembly This solicitation will contain 3 NSN’s NSN EAD (Max Annual) Delivery 5995-01-559-00835161032 120 5995-01-559-5190480960 96 5995-01-513-25506961392 137 The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited UNRESTRICTED FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. Quantity variance is zero. Surge Applies to NSN 5995-01-513-255. The approved sources of supply for NSN 5995-01-559-0083 is Harris Corp p/n 12041-7220-A1, NSN 5995-01-513-2550 the approved sources are Harris Corp and DCX-Chol P/N 10535-0775-A006 and for NSN 5995-01-559-5190 p/n 12041-7130-A2. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
