- Description
- The Military Sealift Command (MSC) intends to issue a solicitation for the time charter of one U.S. flagged vessel, with a U.S. Coastwise Endorsement, to function as a support vessel for the Sea Based X-Band Radar platform (SBX-1). MSC anticipates the performance period will consist of a nine-month firm period, four one-year option periods, and one two-month option period. Performance is scheduled to begin on 01 January 2011. Once the solicitation is issued, interested parties may download a copy by going to http://www.msc.navy.mil, under "Contracts," then "Requests for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/RFQ)."
