- Description
- The Phoenix Job Corps Center is accepting bids for Dental Services to serve four hundred fifty students (450) located at 518 South 3rd Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The Dentist will provide a mandated oral examination and the development of an oral health and wellness plan between the 45th and 75th day after student's arrival at the center. Provide oral health education. Establish an appropriate referrel system to ensure the receipt of specialty care for each student. Provide or arrange for a twenty-four hour emergency coverage. Ensuring that regular preventive maintenance is provided to the dental equipment. The Dentist will work 18- 22 hours per week, effective April 1, 2010 through January 31, 2010.
