New Solicitation number appears on the Full Solicitation, Contractor Packet to Return, and maps. ***SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is January 22, 2010. *** Project includes provide services for site preparation, tree planting, and tubing of Government furnished tree seedlings and tubing on approximately 230 acres of the Central Coast Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, in compliance with its terms, specifications and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Contractor shall, considering given resource objectives for the work unit, develop a plan of operation to accomplish these objectives, organize, and direct all the equipment and personnel needed to fully accomplish the work. Offers are due by close of business on February 4, 2010. This contract is set-aside for small business.
