- Anticipated Issue Date: 2/1/2010. Linen, Rental and Cleaning of Coats, Pants, Smocks, Aprons, Vests, and Mats. Beale Commissary, 7601 25TH STREET, BEALE AFB, CA, 95903-6290. McClellan Commissary, 5507 DUDLEY BOULEVARD, MCCLELLAN AFB, CA, 95652-6290. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through April 30, 2015. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about February 1, 2010 with a tentative closing date of February 16, 2010. The anticipated award date will be March 30, 2010. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. MULTIPLE AWARDS MAY BE MADE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 and the business size standard is $14 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: AMDS (Barbara VanDoren), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800 (804) 734-8000 x48434.
