- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): R&D Maintenance Services, Inc, W91278-09-C-0020, Tennessee-Tombigbee Operation and Maintenance Contract This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2). This modification will increase the level of effort required under the current contract as follows: The contract will perform electrical upgrades in Pickensville Campground, Blue Bluff Campground and Piney Grove Campground. The extent of the work and the resources required cannot be fully determined prior to removal of existing transformers, breakers and panels. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awared Modification P00015 against the basic cost plus award fee contract W91278-09-C-0020. P00015 is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and all clauses apply.
