- 1) This will be an Unrestricted RFP. 2) Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. 3) Purchase Requisition Number 0024801593 4) NSN: 5940-01-192-4849 – Item Description: Splice, Conductor 5) Sole-sourced acquisition. Tyco Electronics, CAGE 06090, Part Number S03-02-R-100 6) This is a source-controlled item. Alternate offers will not accepted. 7) End Item Application: Radar Set Sub-Assembly, NSN 5840-01-390-0523 8) The RFP is expected to result in a firm-fixed contract for 243,675 splices. 9) Unit of Issue: Each 10) Delivery 120 days after receipt of award. 11) Cost and Price Data will be requested. 12) FOB and I/A Destination. 13) The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
