- Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 366 CONS, 366 Gunfighter Avenue, Ste 498, Mountain Home AFB, ID, 83648-5296, UNITED STATES Description The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition for labor, equipment and materials to install occupancy sensor controlled lighting in multiple facilities at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Use both wall and ceiling mounted sensors as required by differing room configurations. There are approximately 26 facilities. The contractor will be responsible for advance notification and coordination with each facility manager and will not interfere with mission needs. Work shall meet the standards of UFC 1-200-01, General Building Requirements. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210 - Electrical Contractors. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3. Point of contact including phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm (8(a), small business, service disabled veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUBZone business, or small disadvantaged business). 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. *Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under any resulting solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel any resulting solicitation, either before or after the closing date. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award.
