- SOL: VA-261-10-RP-0085: Feb. 15, 2010 Request for Proposal - Valet Parking Services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. This contract is expected to have a six month base period with three option years thereafter. This is a presolicitation announcement, the actual solicitation should be posted on or about Feb. 1, 2010. This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. All responsible SDVOSB bidders may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. NAICS Code is 812930, size standard $7.0 million. Product Service Code is M224. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. The Contracting Officer may include any additional contract requirements(s) or terms and conditions determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
