- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W91151-10-C-0045 Replace 2 CHillers Building 33026 THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO E-Corp of Layton, UT as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 9.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. This project is for the replacement of one of the air compressors at building 88036 at Fort Hood, TX. The magnitude of the project is anticipated to be between $250,000.000 and $500,000.00, under NAICS 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors ($14,000,000.00). The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price construction contract.
