- Statement of Work for Securitized Transaction Financial Advisor The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), through the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae), is seeking a Securitized Transaction Financial Advisor (STFA) for its Capital Markets Program. The services provided by the STFA will involve highly complex securitized mortgage, mortgage derivative, and mortgage related product expertise to ensure that Ginnie Mae designs, develops and issues new Ginnie Mae securities that are favorably received by the market and significantly contribute towards Ginnie Mae's mission. The attached draft statement of work is for your information. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. The information requested will be used solely for planning purposes. This RFI is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). It is anticipated that this RFI will lead to an RFP and a competitively bid contract for the project. However, Ginnie Mae will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to issue a subsequent RFP or contract. Ginnie Mae will not compensate respondents for any costs or expenses incurred in providing a Response to this RFI. Please do not submit any confidential or proprietary information. Ginnie Mae will consider the information in your response to be publicly available. It is the general policy of Ginnie Mae to not publish or publicly release documents submitted in response to Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals, or Invitation for Bids. All responses are due February 25, 2010.
