- The Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to add 89 NSNs to an existing corporate contract, SPM4AX-09-D-9409, with Woodward HRT, CAGE 81873. All NSNs have been determined to be sole source to Woodward HRT. This addition will carry the same terms and conditions as the existing contract (i.e., DLA direct delivery).
