- Update: 01/22/2010 - The expected issue date of the solicitation is now on or before 01/29/2010. However, it is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for issuance of the RFP and any amendments. In addition to Tycon Courthouse, One Skyline Place, and Judiciary Square, armed guard services will also be required at 1801 L Street NW in Washington, D.C. Hours at this site are estimated at approximately 27,375 per year. All guard services covered by the RFP will now be armed. Unarmed guard services are not required. All other information remains unchanged.
