- Description
- On behalf of the Indian Health Services, GSA proposes to procure HL7 Communication Bridge Software upgrades, licensing and analyst support from Scientific Technologies Incorporated. The procurement will be processed on a sole source basis using in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b) and FAR 6.302-1. An executed sole source Determination and Finding is maintained in the Official Contract file. Anticipated award will be for a one year base period with options for an additional 4 years.
